鍋爐除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)改造僅把(ba)原(yuan)來(lai)的第4電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)改造成為(wei)轉動(dong)極板電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),實(shi)現了出口(kou)粉塵(chen)(chen)小于50mg/Nm3的預定目標(biao),如果用傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)技術改造,那么需要(yao)在原(yuan)來(lai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的基礎上(shang)增加兩個電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)。在同等(deng)性能下,轉動(dong)極板電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)系統(tong)(tong)比(bi)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)技術節(jie)(jie)能33%,每年可(ke)節(jie)(jie)約(yue)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)438萬(wan)kWh。
保留原(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)出口(kou)煙(yan)道(dao)和(he)出口(kou)煙(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang),出口(kou)煙(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)喇叭(ba)(ba)口(kou)的(de)上部開(kai)孔(kong),從凈氣室接一段出口(kou)煙(yan)道(dao)與原(yuan)(yuan)出口(kou)喇叭(ba)(ba)口(kou)的(de)開(kai)孔(kong)處(chu)相連,這(zhe)樣既滿足設計要求,又(you)盡可能的(de)利用(yong)了原(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)殼體(ti)(ti)和(he)煙(yan)道(dao),節約(yue)了成本,充分利用(yong)原(yuan)(yuan)來除塵(chen)器(qi)保溫(wen)(wen)系統(tong)。增加本體(ti)(ti)及(ji)設備(bei)均做保溫(wen)(wen)設計,并負責實(shi)施安裝。恢復和(he)更(geng)新除塵(chen)器(qi)保溫(wen)(wen)損壞和(he)拆除的(de)部分;
在轉動極板電除塵器投運的一個月以來,由于除塵器效率的提高,鍋爐布袋除塵器進入脫硫系(xi)統(tong)的粉塵(chen)量(liang)減(jian)少,沒有發生過改造前常發生的脫硫煙氣換熱(re)器(qi)堵塞的現象(xiang),由于(yu)消除了堵塞現象(xiang),使脫硫系(xi)統(tong)運行阻力(li)平均減(jian)少220Pa,累計每(mei)年可節省電耗110萬kWh。
新(xin)增旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)煙(yan)(yan)道和旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)閥(fa)。旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)煙(yan)(yan)道保證旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)閥(fa)打開時煙(yan)(yan)氣不(bu)與(yu)除塵濾(lv)袋接(jie)觸。用(yong)于(yu)鍋(guo)爐啟、停投油助燃工(gong)況(kuang)及鍋(guo)爐排煙(yan)(yan)溫(wen)(wen)度超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)時,起到(dao)保護(hu)布袋作用(yong)。同時可實現除塵器的離線檢驗(yan),通(tong)過(guo)PCL控制自(zi)動打開旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)閥(fa),關閉煙(yan)(yan)氣進口閥(fa),煙(yan)(yan)氣直(zhi)接(jie)通(tong)過(guo)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)煙(yan)(yan)道進入(ru)排氣煙(yan)(yan)道,有(you)效(xiao)保護(hu)濾(lv)袋。
鍋爐除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)改(gai)裝不容忽視,由于除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)制造(zao)廠家大多是(shi)個(ge)體(ti)戶,規(gui)模小,技 新(xin)鮮自來水在(zai)進(jin)(jin)入鍋爐濕式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)煙(yan)氣(qi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)過(guo)術(shu)力量薄弱,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)質(zhi)量難免有問題,司爐工操作運 程中,洗滌下(xia)來大量飛(fei)灰和(he)未燃盡微小碳粒(li)并吸收了行(xing)維(wei)護不善,造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)煙(yan)氣(qi)帶水,導(dao)致廢水PH值(zhi)下(xia)機(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)箱引(yin)起濕灰堆積,使引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)葉輪帶水粘灰,轉 降,廢水中含大量粒(li)徑(jing)小的煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen),在(zai) 鍋爐除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)改(gai)造(zao)廢水中呈懸(xuan)子失掉平衡,引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)產生振動、腐蝕(shi),造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)煙(yan)道阻力急 浮狀態,在(zai)無擾動靜止(zhi)情況下(xia),沉降速度(du)較慢(man)。
