隨(sui)著(zhu)我(wo)國對燃煤(mei)鍋爐(lu)煙塵(chen)(chen)(chen)排放的(de)(de)要求不斷,原有鍋爐(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)已是(shi)大部分(fen)達(da)到當前的(de)(de)要求,而新建的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)要達(da)到目前或環(huan)保要求,已出其技(ji)術經濟指標的(de)(de)優越性(xing)。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)本體(ti)收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)的(de)(de)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)得到進展的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵,我(wo)公(gong)司在電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)本體(ti)提效(xiao)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)方(fang)面做了(le)大量(liang)的(de)(de)工作,并采用高效(xiao)濾網的(de)(de)對幾(ji)(ji)臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)進行了(le)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao),提高收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)果均超出預(yu)期,也對幾(ji)(ji)臺熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)進行了(le)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao),煙塵(chen)(chen)(chen)排放濃度(du)60-85%,且不增加(jia)阻(zu)力、電(dian)(dian)(dian)耗、運行維(wei)護費(fei),還具有改(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)投(tou)資省、停爐(lu)時間短等優點。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)的(de)(de)型式有(you)(you)(you)好多種(zhong),放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)尖(jian)角(jiao)越(yue)多則電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)的(de)(de)也就越(yue)好,但是放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)尖(jian)角(jiao)越(yue)多,制作及安裝較為難題(ti).電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)線一般(ban)都(dou)接有(you)(you)(you)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),需要有(you)(you)(you)良好的(de)(de)絕(jue)緣裝置,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)線之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)(jian)隔要適(shi)當(dang),間(jian)(jian)隔太(tai)(tai)遠(yuan)影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,間(jian)(jian)隔太(tai)(tai)近,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)線間(jian)(jian)可(ke)能會(hui)產(chan)生屏弊現象,造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)線表面電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場強度減弱.集塵(chen)集塵(chen)的(de)(de)上(shang)下(xia)部都(dou)是固定的(de)(de),并且集塵(chen)極都(dou)是接地.一般(ban)要求(qiu)粉(fen)塵(chen)易于(yu)沉降在板上(shang),在振打的(de)(de)時候所(suo)產(chan)生的(de)(de)二(er)次揚(yang)塵(chen)少,同(tong)時還(huan)要求(qiu)板較為輕(qing)便,又(you)要有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)剛度,振打時粉(fen)塵(chen)易于(yu)沉落又(you)不(bu)會(hui)發生變形。
我們將電除塵器頂上局部鋼板改為透明的石英玻璃板,在進氣喇叭口前端的煙道,電袋復合除塵器設有粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)可(ke)調的(de)發塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置(zhi)。該(gai)系(xi)統投運(yun)后,從電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器頂部(bu)的(de)玻璃板上,可(ke)清楚(chu)地觀察到(dao)荷電粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)在(zai)電場(chang)(chang)不(bu)同部(bu)位的(de)運(yun)動(dong)趨(qu)勢(shi)和(he)規(gui)律。試(shi)驗(yan)顯示(shi):當煙塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)進入電收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)電場(chang)(chang)前,流通斷(duan)面(mian)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)基(ji)本一樣均勻,但到(dao)電場(chang)(chang)的(de)末(mo)端,在(zai)電場(chang)(chang)力的(de)作用下(xia),流通斷(duan)面(mian)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)發生(sheng)較(jiao)大的(de)變化,趨(qu)勢(shi)是(shi):在(zai)收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)板與放(fang)電之間,越(yue)靠(kao)近(jin)(jin)(jin)收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)板附近(jin)(jin)(jin)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)越(yue)高,越(yue)靠(kao)近(jin)(jin)(jin)放(fang)電附近(jin)(jin)(jin)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)越(yue)低(此處可(ke)從上清晰看到(dao)下(xia)部(bu)灰斗(dou))。盡管大部(bu)分(fen)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)都靠(kao)近(jin)(jin)(jin)收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)板,但由于(yu)獲(huo)電粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)相互排斥及存在(zai)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)有的(de)獲(huo)電不(bu)足(zu),使部(bu)分(fen)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)不(bu)能被收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)板捕集,而隨氣流順(shun)收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)板表(biao)面(mian)逃逸(yi)出電場(chang)(chang)的(de)現象。
靜電除塵器濾網(wang)特點:
1、耐溫、耐腐、導電(dian)性能(neng)好、強(qiang)度高、阻力小、具有強(qiang)化(hua)靜電(dian)捕集和(he)過(guo)濾攔截粉(fen)塵的雙重功效,而(er)且表(biao)面光滑清灰良(liang)好。
2、濾網(wang)安(an)裝在電場(chang)后、每(mei)排收塵板(ban)的出氣(qi)末端,與(yu)收塵板(ban)平行,每(mei)層濾網(wang)會產生阻力,各電場(chang)氣(qi)流(liu)均布的均勻性
3、高效濾網的(de)寬度和可根據除(chu)塵效率和設備阻力的(de)要求而定,其(qi)寬度的(de)增加(jia)和率的(de)下降,會使阻力增加(jia),而除(chu)塵效率會。
