三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三(san)個同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為(wei)與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕(shi)物(wu)料因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
