粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米(mi)以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預(yu)熱空氣(qi)噴入爐(lu)膛經燃(ran)燒形(xing)成(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混雜有(you)大(da)量不燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)化學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)分為二(er)氧化硅、三(san)氧化二(er)鋁、三(san)氧化二(er)鐵、氧化鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)三層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan), 粉煤灰在內層(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內層(ceng)的另(ling)(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的物料(liao)(liao)在熱風(feng)作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的濕物料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果,完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程。
