產品結構

三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。

烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。

工作原理
