工作原理
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原理是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)場使煙(yan)氣(qi)發生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)中的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)用下(xia)與氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)分離。負(fu)極(ji)(ji)由(you)不同斷面(mian)形狀的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬導線制成(cheng),叫(jiao)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)。正極(ji)(ji)由(you)不同幾何形狀的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬板制成(cheng),叫(jiao)集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)。靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能受粉塵(chen)性(xing)(xing)質、設備(bei)構造和煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)速(su)等三個因(yin)素的(de)(de)(de)影響。粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)效率有(you)直(zhi)接的(de)(de)(de)影響。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)粒難以保持在集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上(shang),致使其重(zhong)返氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到達集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在塵(chen)層之間形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度(du)會產生(sheng)局部擊(ji)穿(chuan)和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情(qing)況都會造成(cheng)除(chu)塵(chen)效率下(xia)降。
電除塵(chen)器的基(ji)本原理(li)是利用電力(li)捕集煙氣中(zhong)的粉塵(chen),主要(yao)包括以(yi)下四個相互(hu)有(you)關的物理(li)過程: (1) 氣體(ti)(ti)的電離。(2) 粉塵(chen)的荷(he)電。(3) 荷(he)電粉塵(chen)向電極移(yi)動。(4) 荷(he)電粉塵(chen)的捕集。
