煤(mei)粉灰(hui)烘干機是煤(mei)粉經高溫燃燒后形(xing)成的一(yi)種似火山灰(hui)質(zhi)混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)發(fa)電(dian)廠將(jiang)煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微米以(yi)下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用預(yu)熱空氣噴入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產生混雜(za)有大(da)量(liang)不(bu)燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕集就得到了(le)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相(xiang)似,主要(yao)成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果,完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)過程。
