粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)的發電(dian)廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的煤(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)噴入爐膛經(jing)燃燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸(xuan)浮(fu)狀態,產(chan)生混雜有大量不燃物的高溫(wen)煙氣(qi),經(jing)集塵(chen)裝置捕集就(jiu)得到了粉煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)灰(hui)的化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘(zhan)土質相(xiang)似(si),主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
