煤(mei)粉灰烘(hong)干機是煤(mei)粉經(jing)高溫燃燒后形成的一種(zhong)似火(huo)山灰質混合材料(liao)。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤的(de)發電廠(chang)將煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的(de)煤粉,用預熱(re)空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產生(sheng)混雜有大量(liang)不燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)高(gao)溫煙氣(qi),經集塵裝(zhuang)置捕集就得到(dao)了(le)粉煤灰。粉煤灰的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硅(gui)、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
