三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同(tong)軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延(yan)長(chang)了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干燥(zao),由(you)此完成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
