粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠(chang)將煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微(wei)(wei)米以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空氣(qi)噴入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘(zhan)土(tu)質(zhi)相(xiang)似,主要成(cheng)分(fen)為二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵(tie)、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作(zuo)原理
