煤(mei)粉灰烘干機是(shi)煤(mei)粉經高(gao)溫燃燒后形(xing)成的一種(zhong)似(si)火山灰質混合(he)材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤的發電(dian)廠將(jiang)煤磨成(cheng)100微米以(yi)下的煤粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態,產生混雜有大(da)量不燃(ran)物的高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵(chen)裝置(zhi)捕集(ji)就(jiu)得到(dao)了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的化(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)分為二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣(gai)和未(wei)燃(ran)盡(jin)碳。
工作原理
濕(shi)粉(fen)(fen)煤灰由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉(fen)(fen)煤灰在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾筒,沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)燥過程。
