粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠(chang)將(jiang)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴(pen)入爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生(sheng)混雜有大量不燃物的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)煙氣,經(jing)集(ji)塵裝(zhuang)置(zhi)捕集(ji)就(jiu)得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰的(de)(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘(zhan)土質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)二鐵(tie)、氧化(hua)鈣和(he)未(wei)燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕(shi)粉煤灰由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地(di)被反復揚(yang)進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)進,達(da)(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)(er)不能快速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)進行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)達(da)(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程。
