粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)的發電(dian)廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以(yi)下的煤(mei)粉,用預熱空氣(qi)噴入(ru)爐膛經燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態,產(chan)生混雜有大量不燃物的高溫煙氣(qi),經集塵裝(zhuang)置捕(bu)集就(jiu)得到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁(lv)、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵(tie)、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃盡碳。
