SNCR脫硝(xiao)原理
SNCR(選擇性非催(cui)化還原(yuan))煙(yan)氣脫硝(xiao)技術(shu)主(zhu)要(yao)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)含氮的(de)(de)還原(yuan)劑在850~ 1150°C溫度范圍(wei)噴入含NO的(de)(de)燃燒產(chan)物中,發生還原(yuan)反應,脫除NO,生產(chan)氮氣和水(shui)。該技術(shu)以爐膛為反應器,目前使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)還原(yuan)劑主(zhu)要(yao)是尿素和氨水(shui)。
SCR脫硝原理
SCR (選(xuan)擇性(xing)(xing)催(cui)化還(huan)原)脫硝技術是(shi)指(zhi)在催(cui)化劑和(he)氧(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)存在下(xia),在320-427℃溫度(du)范圍下(xia),還(huan)原劑(無水氨、氨水或尿素)有選(xuan)擇性(xing)(xing)地與煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NOx反(fan)(fan)應生(sheng)(sheng)成無害的(de)氮(dan)和(he)水,從而去除(chu)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NOx,選(xuan)擇性(xing)(xing)是(shi)指(zhi)還(huan)原劑NH3和(he)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NOx發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)還(huan)原反(fan)(fan)應,而不與煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氧(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)反(fan)(fan)應。
