工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
沙(sha)子烘干機是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)上裝(zhuang)有輪帶和大(da)齒圈。筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)依靠輪帶支撐在(zai)(zai)托輪上。驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置端(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)輪帶一側(ce)裝(zhuang)有擋輪,以限制(zhi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沿傾斜(xie)方向的(de)(de)竄動(dong)(dong)(dong)。在(zai)(zai)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)設備底部溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達400℃-800℃狀態下,物(wu)料(liao)由(you)(you)(you)提(ti)升(sheng)機(ji)(ji)或者皮(pi)帶機(ji)(ji)從(cong)(cong)(cong)喂(wei)料(liao)口(kou)喂(wei)入烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)通(tong)過大(da)齒圈在(zai)(zai)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置作用(yong)(yong)下回轉(zhuan)(zhuan),由(you)(you)(you)于筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)具有一定的(de)(de)斜(xie)度(du)且連續(xu)不(bu)斷地回轉(zhuan)(zhuan),使得(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)重(zhong)力(li)的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)下從(cong)(cong)(cong)高(gao)端(duan)(duan)向低端(duan)(duan)移動(dong)(dong)(dong),在(zai)(zai)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)過程中逐漸(jian)與熱源產生(sheng)的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)進(jin)行(xing)熱交換。烘(hong)干后的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)從(cong)(cong)(cong)低端(duan)(duan)卸(xie)出(chu),物(wu)料(liao)所含(han)水(shui)份(fen)蒸(zheng)發后被(bei)氣流(liu)帶走,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內停留時(shi)間約(yue)為(wei)13-20min,可根據(ju)根據(ju)物(wu)料(liao)含(han)水(shui)率進(jin)行(xing)不(bu)同設計。熱氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)由(you)(you)(you)熱風爐(lu)生(sheng)成(cheng),在(zai)(zai)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部物(wu)料(liao)相接(jie)觸,通(tong)過熱傳導,對流(liu),輻射等多種方式將熱量(liang)傳遞(di)給物(wu)料(liao),從(cong)(cong)(cong)而使物(wu)料(liao)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)不(bu)斷升(sheng)高(gao),水(shui)分不(bu)斷被(bei)蒸(zheng)發,符(fu)合水(shui)分要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)從(cong)(cong)(cong)出(chu)料(liao)端(duan)(duan)出(chu)料(liao)罩下部出(chu)口(kou)卸(xie)料(liao),帶著(zhu)水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽的(de)(de)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)經除塵器等環(huan)保設施處理后達到(dao)環(huan)保要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)排(pai)放標(biao)的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣由(you)(you)(you)引風機(ji)(ji)抽出(chu)經煙(yan)囪排(pai)空。
適用(yong)范圍
沙(sha)子(zi)烘干機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
