石(shi)英砂烘干機是(shi)一(yi)種傾斜安裝的回轉(zhuan)式鋼筒(tong)體(ti),斜度(du)為3-6%,轉(zhuan)速(su)為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)上裝有(you)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)和大齒圈。筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)依靠輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)支撐在(zai)托輪(lun)(lun)上。驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置端的(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)一(yi)側裝有(you)擋輪(lun)(lun),以限制(zhi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沿(yan)傾斜(xie)方向的(de)(de)(de)竄(cuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)設(she)(she)備底部(bu)溫(wen)度(du)達(da)400℃-800℃狀態下(xia),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由提升機(ji)(ji)或(huo)者皮(pi)帶(dai)機(ji)(ji)從(cong)喂料(liao)(liao)(liao)口喂入烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)通(tong)過(guo)大齒圈在(zai)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置作用(yong)下(xia)回轉,由于筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)具有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)斜(xie)度(du)且連續不斷地(di)回轉,使得(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)重力的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)下(xia)從(cong)高(gao)端向低端移動(dong)(dong)(dong),在(zai)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程中(zhong)逐漸與熱(re)源產生的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)進(jin)行熱(re)交換。烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)后的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)低端卸(xie)出,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)所(suo)含(han)水(shui)(shui)份蒸發后被(bei)氣流帶(dai)走,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內停留時間(jian)約為13-20min,可根(gen)據根(gen)據物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)含(han)水(shui)(shui)率進(jin)行不同設(she)(she)計。熱(re)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)由熱(re)風(feng)(feng)爐生成,在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)相接觸,通(tong)過(guo)熱(re)傳導,對流,輻(fu)射等(deng)多種方式(shi)將熱(re)量傳遞給物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao),從(cong)而使物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)溫(wen)度(du)不斷升高(gao),水(shui)(shui)分不斷被(bei)蒸發,符合水(shui)(shui)分要求的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)出料(liao)(liao)(liao)端出料(liao)(liao)(liao)罩下(xia)部(bu)出口卸(xie)料(liao)(liao)(liao),帶(dai)著水(shui)(shui)蒸汽的(de)(de)(de)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)經除塵(chen)器等(deng)環保設(she)(she)施(shi)處理后達(da)到(dao)環保要求排放標的(de)(de)(de)煙(yan)氣由引風(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)抽出經煙(yan)囪排空。
