煤粉灰(hui)烘干機(ji)是(shi)煤粉經高(gao)溫(wen)燃燒后(hou)形(xing)成(cheng)的一種似火山灰(hui)質(zhi)混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤的(de)發(fa)電廠將(jiang)煤磨成100微米以下的(de)煤粉,用預熱空氣噴入爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混雜有(you)大量不(bu)燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)高(gao)溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝(zhuang)置捕集就得到了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成與粘土質相似,主要成分(fen)為(wei)二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡(jin)碳。
