系統構成(cheng)
1、殼體:全(quan)部用鋼板制作,內部進行防腐處理,由上氣室、中殼體、下(xia)氣室等組成。
2、沖(chong)洗系統(tong):由管(guan)道、噴嘴、電動閥(fa)門、流量計、壓力變送(song)器、放空(kong)閥(fa)、水泵組成(cheng)。
3、絕緣系統:由絕緣箱、熱(re)風清掃裝置和低壓控制柜(ju)組成。
4、陰極系統(tong):由大梁、小梁、吊桿、陰ji線(xian)、重(zhong)錘(chui)、高壓機組(zu)等組(zu)成。電(dian)暈電(dian)極為(wei)鈦合金芒刺ji線(xian)。
5、陽(yang)(yang)極系統(tong):陽(yang)(yang)ji系統(tong)的收塵裝(zhuang)置采用集束型,組裝(zhuang)并粘接(jie)好后,再(zai)糊制支撐法蘭(lan),安裝(zhuang)時通過其(qi)支撐 法蘭(lan)懸掛在殼(ke)體內的陽(yang)(yang)ji支撐大梁上。
6、氣體(ti)分布(bu)(bu)裝置:氣體(ti)由進氣口進入(ru)電除霧器,由于截(jie)面(mian)積突然擴大,容易因渦流而造(zao)成(cheng)整個(ge)截(jie)面(mian) 積上的氣體(ti)分布(bu)(bu)不均,所以就需要在(zai)下氣室設(she)置氣體(ti)分布(bu)(bu)裝置,氣體(ti)分布(bu)(bu)板開孔(kong)率一(yi)般為25% ~ 50%。
7、供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統:用于靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)沉(chen)積的高壓(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,主(zhu)要(yao)有二種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)可控(kong)(kong)硅移相(xiang)控(kong)(kong)制高壓(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源, 簡稱可控(kong)(kong)硅電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,它是(shi)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)源”,其主(zhu)控(kong)(kong)量是(shi)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)”;另(ling)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)恒流高壓(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,簡稱恒流源,它是(shi)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)流源”,其主(zhu)控(kong)(kong)量是(shi)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)流”。
