煤粉灰(hui)烘(hong)干機是(shi)煤粉經高溫(wen)燃(ran)燒后(hou)形(xing)成的一種似(si)火山灰(hui)質(zhi)混合材(cai)料(liao)。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微(wei)(wei)米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空氣噴(pen)入爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產(chan)生(sheng)混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到了(le)粉煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)灰(hui)的(de)化學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要(yao)成(cheng)分為二氧化硅(gui)、三氧化二鋁、三氧化二鐵、氧化鈣和(he)未燃(ran)盡碳。

濕粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰由供料裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan), 粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo),完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)過(guo)程。
