粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤的(de)發電廠將煤磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米以下的(de)煤粉(fen),用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態(tai),產生混雜有(you)大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫(wen)煙(yan)氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就(jiu)得到了粉(fen)煤灰。粉(fen)煤灰的(de)化(hua)學(xue)組(zu)成(cheng)與粘(zhan)土(tu)質相似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)分為(wei)二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁(lv)、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
