工作原(yuan)理
石(shi)英(ying)砂烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是一(yi)種(zhong)傾斜(xie)安裝的回轉(zhuan)式(shi)鋼筒體,斜(xie)度為3-6%,轉(zhuan)速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)上裝有輪(lun)帶和大齒(chi)(chi)圈。筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)依靠輪(lun)帶支撐在(zai)托輪(lun)上。驅動(dong)裝置端的(de)輪(lun)帶一(yi)(yi)側裝有擋輪(lun),以限制筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)沿傾斜(xie)方向的(de)竄動(dong)。在(zai)烘干機設(she)備(bei)底部(bu)溫度達400℃-800℃狀態下,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)提升(sheng)機或者皮帶機從(cong)喂(wei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)口喂(wei)入烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)通過(guo)大齒(chi)(chi)圈在(zai)驅動(dong)裝置作(zuo)用(yong)下回轉(zhuan),由(you)于筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)具(ju)有一(yi)(yi)定的(de)斜(xie)度且連續不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)地回轉(zhuan),使(shi)得物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)重力的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下從(cong)高端向低(di)端移動(dong),在(zai)移動(dong)的(de)過(guo)程中逐漸與熱(re)(re)(re)源產(chan)生的(de)高溫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)進行熱(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換。烘干后的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)低(di)端卸出(chu),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)所含(han)水份蒸(zheng)發后被氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流帶走,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)烘干機內停留時間約為13-20min,可根(gen)據(ju)根(gen)據(ju)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)含(han)水率進行不(bu)(bu)同設(she)計。熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)由(you)熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)爐生成,在(zai)烘干機內部(bu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)相接觸,通過(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)傳導(dao),對(dui)流,輻射等多種方式將(jiang)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)傳遞(di)給物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao),從(cong)而使(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)溫度不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)升(sheng)高,水分不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)被蒸(zheng)發,符合水分要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)端出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)罩(zhao)下部(bu)出(chu)口卸料(liao)(liao)(liao),帶著水蒸(zheng)汽的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)經除塵器等環(huan)保(bao)設(she)施處理后達到環(huan)保(bao)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)排放標(biao)的(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)由(you)引(yin)風(feng)機抽出(chu)經煙(yan)囪排空(kong)。
適用范圍
石英砂烘干機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
