工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
沙子烘(hong)干(gan)機是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)上裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)輪帶(dai)(dai)和大(da)齒圈(quan)(quan)。筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)依(yi)靠輪帶(dai)(dai)支撐(cheng)在(zai)托輪上。驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)端(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)輪帶(dai)(dai)一(yi)(yi)側裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)擋輪,以限(xian)制筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)沿傾斜(xie)方向的(de)(de)竄(cuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。在(zai)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機設(she)備底部溫度達400℃-800℃狀態下,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)提升機或者皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)機從(cong)(cong)喂料(liao)(liao)口(kou)喂入烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)通(tong)過大(da)齒圈(quan)(quan)在(zai)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)作用下回轉,由(you)于(yu)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)具有(you)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)斜(xie)度且連續不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地回轉,使(shi)(shi)得物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)重力的(de)(de)作用下從(cong)(cong)高端(duan)(duan)向低(di)端(duan)(duan)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong),在(zai)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)過程中逐漸與熱源產生(sheng)的(de)(de)高溫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)進行熱交(jiao)換。烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)后的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)低(di)端(duan)(duan)卸(xie)出(chu),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)所含(han)水(shui)份蒸(zheng)發后被(bei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流帶(dai)(dai)走,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內停留時(shi)間約為13-20min,可根(gen)(gen)據根(gen)(gen)據物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)含(han)水(shui)率進行不(bu)同設(she)計。熱氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)由(you)熱風(feng)爐生(sheng)成(cheng),在(zai)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)相接觸,通(tong)過熱傳(chuan)導,對流,輻射等多(duo)種方式(shi)將熱量傳(chuan)遞給物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao),從(cong)(cong)而使(shi)(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)溫度不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)升高,水(shui)分不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)被(bei)蒸(zheng)發,符合水(shui)分要求(qiu)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)端(duan)(duan)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)罩下部出(chu)口(kou)卸(xie)料(liao)(liao),帶(dai)(dai)著水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)經(jing)除塵器等環(huan)保設(she)施處理后達到環(huan)保要求(qiu)排放標的(de)(de)煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)由(you)引風(feng)機抽出(chu)經(jing)煙囪(cong)排空。

沙子烘干機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
