煤粉(fen)灰(hui)烘干機(ji)是(shi)煤粉(fen)經高(gao)溫(wen)燃燒后(hou)形(xing)成(cheng)的一種似火山(shan)灰(hui)質混(hun)合材料(liao)。
它是燃燒煤(mei)(mei)的發(fa)電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米(mi)以下的煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen),用預熱空氣噴入爐膛經(jing)燃燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混(hun)雜有大量不燃物的高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝(zhuang)置捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰的化(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相似,主要成(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃盡(jin)碳。
