粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發(fa)電(dian)廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成100微米(mi)以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱空氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)燒形(xing)成懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就(jiu)得(de)到(dao)了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)(hui)的(de)化學(xue)組成與粘土質相似,主要成分為二氧(yang)化硅(gui)、三氧(yang)化二鋁、三氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣和未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤(mei)灰(hui)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤(mei)灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下(xia)不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發(fa)的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒,沒有(you)達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
