粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)(de)發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米以下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形(xing)成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態(tai),產生混雜(za)有大(da)量(liang)不燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝置捕集就得到(dao)了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)(de)(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)與(yu)粘土(tu)質相(xiang)似,主(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)分(fen)為(wei)二氧(yang)化(hua)硅(gui)、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工(gong)作原理
