粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)(shao)煤的(de)(de)發電廠將煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下(xia)的(de)(de)煤粉(fen),用(yong)預熱空氣(qi)噴入爐膛經燃燒(shao)(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產(chan)生混雜有大(da)量不燃物(wu)的(de)(de)高溫煙(yan)氣(qi),經集塵裝置捕集就(jiu)得到了粉(fen)煤灰。粉(fen)煤灰的(de)(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘(zhan)土質相似(si),主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵(tie)、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳(tan)。
