三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利(li)用(yong)。其筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆(ni)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了干燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用下快速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分(fen)干燥,由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干燥目(mu)的。
