粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤的發電廠(chang)將(jiang)煤磨成100微米以(yi)下的煤粉,用預(yu)熱(re)空氣噴入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)燒(shao)形成懸浮狀(zhuang)態(tai),產(chan)生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的高溫(wen)煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到(dao)了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的化學組成與(yu)粘土質(zhi)相似(si),主要成分為二氧化硅、三氧化二鋁、三氧化二鐵、氧化鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
工作原理
