煤(mei)粉灰(hui)烘干機是煤(mei)粉經(jing)高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰(hui)質混合材料(liao)。
它是燃燒(shao)煤的(de)發(fa)電廠將煤磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米以下(xia)的(de)煤粉(fen),用預熱空(kong)氣(qi)噴入爐膛經(jing)燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生混雜(za)有(you)大(da)量不燃物的(de)高溫煙(yan)氣(qi),經(jing)集塵(chen)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤灰(hui)。粉(fen)煤灰(hui)的(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)與(yu)粘土質相(xiang)似,主要(yao)成(cheng)分(fen)為二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
工(gong)作原理
