沙子烘干機(ji)是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)上(shang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有輪(lun)帶(dai)和大(da)齒(chi)圈(quan)。筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)依靠輪(lun)帶(dai)支撐在(zai)(zai)托輪(lun)上(shang)。驅動(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)端(duan)的(de)輪(lun)帶(dai)一側(ce)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有擋輪(lun),以(yi)限(xian)制筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)沿傾斜方向的(de)竄動(dong)。在(zai)(zai)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)設備底(di)部溫(wen)度(du)達(da)400℃-800℃狀態下(xia)(xia)(xia),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由提升機(ji)(ji)或(huo)者(zhe)皮(pi)帶(dai)機(ji)(ji)從(cong)喂(wei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)口喂(wei)入烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)大(da)齒(chi)圈(quan)在(zai)(zai)驅動(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)作用下(xia)(xia)(xia)回轉,由于(yu)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)具有一定的(de)斜度(du)且連(lian)續不斷(duan)地回轉,使得(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)重力的(de)作用下(xia)(xia)(xia)從(cong)高端(duan)向低端(duan)移動(dong),在(zai)(zai)移動(dong)的(de)過(guo)(guo)程中逐漸(jian)與熱源產生的(de)高溫(wen)氣(qi)體(ti)進(jin)行(xing)熱交(jiao)換。烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)后的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)低端(duan)卸出(chu)(chu)(chu),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)所(suo)含(han)水(shui)份蒸(zheng)發后被氣(qi)流帶(dai)走,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內停(ting)留時間約為13-20min,可根據根據物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)含(han)水(shui)率(lv)進(jin)行(xing)不同設計。熱氣(qi)體(ti)由熱風(feng)爐生成,在(zai)(zai)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)相接觸,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)熱傳導,對流,輻射等多種(zhong)方式將熱量傳遞給物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao),從(cong)而使物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)溫(wen)度(du)不斷(duan)升高,水(shui)分不斷(duan)被蒸(zheng)發,符合水(shui)分要(yao)求的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)端(duan)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)罩下(xia)(xia)(xia)部出(chu)(chu)(chu)口卸料(liao)(liao)(liao),帶(dai)著(zhu)水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)經(jing)除(chu)塵(chen)器等環(huan)保(bao)(bao)設施處理(li)后達(da)到環(huan)保(bao)(bao)要(yao)求排(pai)放標的(de)煙氣(qi)由引風(feng)機(ji)(ji)抽出(chu)(chu)(chu)經(jing)煙囪排(pai)空。
適用范圍
沙子烘干(gan)機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
