三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干燥,由(you)此完(wan)成干燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
