粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃燒煤(mei)(mei)(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以(yi)下的煤(mei)(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴入(ru)爐膛經燃燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產(chan)生混雜有大(da)量不燃物的高(gao)溫煙氣,經集塵裝置(zhi)捕集就(jiu)得到(dao)了(le)粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相似(si),主要成(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤灰(hui)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現順流烘(hong)干, 粉煤灰(hui)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干燥(zao)(zao)過程。
