粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的發(fa)電廠(chang)將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下(xia)的煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱空氣噴入爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態(tai),產生(sheng)混雜(za)有(you)大量不燃物的高溫煙(yan)氣,經(jing)集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的化學組(zu)成(cheng)與粘(zhan)土(tu)質相(xiang)似(si),主要成(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化硅、三氧(yang)化二鋁(lv)、三氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣(gai)和未燃盡(jin)碳(tan)。
工作原理
濕(shi)(shi)粉煤灰(hui)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤灰(hui)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果,完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程。
