三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)(mian)(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不(bu)(bu)能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
