煤(mei)粉灰烘(hong)干機(ji)是煤(mei)粉經高溫(wen)燃燒后形成的一種似(si)火山灰質混合(he)材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發電廠(chang)將(jiang)煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛經(jing)(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高(gao)溫煙氣,經(jing)(jing)集(ji)塵裝置(zhi)捕集(ji)就(jiu)得(de)到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)二氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
工作(zuo)原理
濕(shi)粉(fen)煤灰(hui)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干, 粉(fen)煤灰(hui)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)(bu)的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱量,同時(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達到(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱風(feng)作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥效果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥,由此達到(dao)干燥效果(guo),完成干燥過程。
