工(gong)作原理
沙子烘(hong)干機是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang)裝(zhuang)有輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)和大(da)齒(chi)圈。筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)依靠輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)支(zhi)撐在托輪(lun)(lun)上(shang)。驅動裝(zhuang)置端(duan)(duan)的輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)一(yi)側裝(zhuang)有擋(dang)輪(lun)(lun),以限制(zhi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)沿傾斜方向(xiang)的竄動。在烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)設備底部(bu)溫度達400℃-800℃狀態下(xia),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)提升機(ji)(ji)或(huo)者皮帶(dai)機(ji)(ji)從(cong)(cong)喂料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口喂入烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)通(tong)過大(da)齒(chi)圈在驅動裝(zhuang)置作(zuo)用下(xia)回(hui)(hui)轉,由(you)于筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)具有一(yi)定的斜度且連(lian)續不斷(duan)地(di)回(hui)(hui)轉,使得物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在重力(li)的作(zuo)用下(xia)從(cong)(cong)高端(duan)(duan)向(xiang)低端(duan)(duan)移(yi)動,在移(yi)動的過程中逐漸(jian)與熱(re)(re)(re)源產生(sheng)的高溫氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)進行(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan)。烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)后(hou)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)低端(duan)(duan)卸出,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)所含(han)水份蒸發后(hou)被氣流帶(dai)走(zou),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內停留時間約(yue)為13-20min,可根據(ju)(ju)根據(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)含(han)水率進行(xing)不同設計。熱(re)(re)(re)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)由(you)熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)爐生(sheng)成,在烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)相(xiang)接觸,通(tong)過熱(re)(re)(re)傳(chuan)導,對流,輻射等多種(zhong)方式將熱(re)(re)(re)量傳(chuan)遞給物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),從(cong)(cong)而(er)使物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)溫度不斷(duan)升高,水分(fen)不斷(duan)被蒸發,符合水分(fen)要(yao)求的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)出料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端(duan)(duan)出料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)罩(zhao)下(xia)部(bu)出口卸料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),帶(dai)著水蒸汽的氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)經(jing)除塵(chen)器等環保設施處理(li)后(hou)達到(dao)環保要(yao)求排放標的煙(yan)氣由(you)引風(feng)機(ji)(ji)抽出經(jing)煙(yan)囪排空。

沙子(zi)烘干機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
