三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成(cheng),這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分(fen)(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形總長度(du)(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層,實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層的(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料移(yi)動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中層,進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在中層不(bu)斷地(di)被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料在中層既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中層滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中層另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)料在外(wai)層滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料在熱風(feng)作用下快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料因(yin)自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
