粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成100微米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用預熱空氣噴入爐(lu)膛經燃(ran)燒(shao)形成懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物(wu)的(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就(jiu)得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成與粘土質相(xiang)似,主要(yao)成分為二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工(gong)作原理
