粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用預熱(re)空氣噴入爐膛(tang)經(jing)(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙(yan)氣,經(jing)(jing)集塵裝置(zhi)捕集就得到(dao)了(le)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)粘土(tu)質相似(si),主(zhu)要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和(he)未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
