三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起、散落(luo)(luo)呈螺(luo)旋行進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的行進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快速行進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速行進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的。
