工作原理
靜電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器的(de)(de)工作原(yuan)理是利用(yong)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)場使煙氣發生電(dian)(dian)離,氣流(liu)中的(de)(de)粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場作用(yong)下與氣流(liu)分離。負極(ji)由不同(tong)(tong)斷面形狀的(de)(de)金(jin)屬導線(xian)制(zhi)成,叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。正極(ji)由不同(tong)(tong)幾何形狀的(de)(de)金(jin)屬板(ban)制(zhi)成,叫集(ji)塵電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。靜電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器的(de)(de)性能受粉塵性質、設(she)備構造和煙氣流(liu)速(su)等三個因素的(de)(de)影(ying)響。粉塵的(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)性的(de)(de)指標,它對除(chu)塵效率(lv)有直接的(de)(de)影(ying)響。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)阻過低(di),塵粒(li)難以保持在集(ji)塵電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致使其重返氣流(liu)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)阻過高,到(dao)達集(ji)塵電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)塵粒(li)電(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在塵層之間形成電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)梯(ti)度會(hui)產生局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情(qing)況都會(hui)造成除(chu)塵效率(lv)下降。
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)基本原(yuan)理(li)(li)是利用電(dian)(dian)力捕集煙氣(qi)中的(de)粉塵(chen),主(zhu)要包括以(yi)下四個相互有關的(de)物理(li)(li)過程(cheng): (1) 氣(qi)體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離(li)。(2) 粉塵(chen)的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)。(3) 荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)向電(dian)(dian)極(ji)移動。(4) 荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)捕集。
