煤粉(fen)灰烘(hong)干機是煤粉(fen)經高溫燃燒后(hou)形(xing)成(cheng)的一種似(si)火(huo)山灰質混合(he)材料(liao)。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的煤(mei)粉(fen),用預熱空氣噴入爐膛經(jing)(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)懸(xuan)浮(fu)狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的高溫煙氣,經(jing)(jing)集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得(de)到了粉(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰的化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相(xiang)似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)為二(er)氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二(er)鋁(lv)、三氧化(hua)二(er)鐵(tie)、氧化(hua)鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
濕粉煤灰由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過(guo)程。
