筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有輪(lun)帶(dai)和大齒圈。筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)依(yi)靠(kao)輪(lun)帶(dai)支撐在(zai)托輪(lun)上(shang)。驅動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置端(duan)的輪(lun)帶(dai)一側(ce)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有擋輪(lun),以(yi)限(xian)制(zhi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)沿傾斜方向的竄動(dong)(dong)。在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)設(she)備底部溫度(du)達400℃-800℃狀態(tai)下,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)提(ti)升機(ji)或者(zhe)皮(pi)帶(dai)機(ji)從(cong)(cong)(cong)喂料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口喂入烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)通過大齒圈在(zai)驅動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置作(zuo)用下回轉,由(you)于筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)具有一定的斜度(du)且連續不斷地回轉,使得物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)重力的作(zuo)用下從(cong)(cong)(cong)高端(duan)向低(di)端(duan)移(yi)動(dong)(dong),在(zai)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)的過程中逐漸與熱源(yuan)產生(sheng)的高溫氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)進(jin)行熱交換。烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)后(hou)(hou)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)(cong)低(di)端(duan)卸出(chu),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)所含(han)水(shui)(shui)份蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)后(hou)(hou)被氣(qi)流(liu)帶(dai)走,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內停(ting)留(liu)時間約為13-20min,可(ke)根據根據物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)含(han)水(shui)(shui)率(lv)進(jin)行不同設(she)計。熱氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)由(you)熱風爐生(sheng)成,在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)相接觸,通過熱傳導,對(dui)流(liu),輻射(she)等多種方式將熱量傳遞(di)給物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),從(cong)(cong)(cong)而(er)使物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)溫度(du)不斷升高,水(shui)(shui)分不斷被蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa),符合(he)水(shui)(shui)分要求(qiu)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)(cong)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端(duan)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)罩下部出(chu)口卸料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),帶(dai)著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽的氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)經(jing)除塵器等環(huan)保設(she)施處(chu)理后(hou)(hou)達到環(huan)保要求(qiu)排(pai)放標的煙氣(qi)由(you)引風機(ji)抽出(chu)經(jing)煙囪排(pai)空。
適用范圍
石英砂烘干機在傳統單筒回轉式烘干機結構的基礎上進行了大幅度的突破和創新。從烘干機理上看,物料與熱氣流的交換更加充分。適應粘土、石膏、煤、礦渣、煤矸石、混合料、干混砂漿、黃砂、鐵粉等各種原材料的烘干,也適用于磷肥、復合肥生產中原料及冶金、化工等行業的各種散狀物料的烘干。
