粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)的發電廠(chang)將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微米(mi)以(yi)下的煤(mei)粉,用預(yu)熱空氣噴入爐膛經燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態(tai),產生(sheng)混雜有大量(liang)不燃物的高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相似,主要(yao)成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)(er)氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二(er)(er)鋁、三氧化(hua)二(er)(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
工作(zuo)原理
