粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成100微(wei)(wei)米以(yi)下的(de)(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用(yong)預熱空氣噴(pen)入(ru)爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃燒形成懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不(bu)燃物的(de)(de)高溫煙(yan)氣,經(jing)集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學組成與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成分為二氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳(tan)。
工(gong)作原理
濕粉煤(mei)灰由(you)(you)供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan), 粉煤(mei)灰在內層(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)(xia)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)的另一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷地(di)被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由(you)(you)此達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果,完成干(gan)燥過程。
