三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)輪帶與托輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多(duo)回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄板內進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
