三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內層,實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又延(yan)長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干燥(zao)目的(de)。
