三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)連接。
