工(gong)作原理
回轉烘干機是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)(tong)體上(shang)裝有(you)(you)輪(lun)(lun)帶和大齒圈。筒(tong)(tong)體依靠輪(lun)(lun)帶支撐在(zai)托輪(lun)(lun)上(shang)。驅動裝置(zhi)端(duan)的輪(lun)(lun)帶一側裝有(you)(you)擋輪(lun)(lun),以限(xian)制(zhi)筒(tong)(tong)體沿傾斜方向的竄動。在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機設備底部溫度(du)達400℃-800℃狀態(tai)下,物(wu)(wu)料由(you)提(ti)升機或者皮帶機從喂(wei)(wei)料口喂(wei)(wei)入(ru)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體通過(guo)大齒圈在(zai)驅動裝置(zhi)作用(yong)下回(hui)轉(zhuan),由(you)于筒(tong)(tong)體具(ju)有(you)(you)一定的斜度(du)且連續不(bu)斷地回(hui)轉(zhuan),使(shi)得物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)重力的作用(yong)下從高端(duan)向低(di)端(duan)移動,在(zai)移動的過(guo)程中逐(zhu)漸(jian)與熱(re)(re)源產生的高溫氣(qi)體進(jin)行(xing)熱(re)(re)交換。烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干后的物(wu)(wu)料從低(di)端(duan)卸出(chu)(chu),物(wu)(wu)料所含水份蒸發后被氣(qi)流帶走,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機內停留(liu)時間約(yue)為(wei)13-20min,可根據根據物(wu)(wu)料含水率進(jin)行(xing)不(bu)同設計。熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體由(you)熱(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)爐生成,在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機內部物(wu)(wu)料相(xiang)接(jie)觸,通過(guo)熱(re)(re)傳導,對(dui)流,輻射等(deng)多種(zhong)方式將熱(re)(re)量(liang)傳遞(di)給物(wu)(wu)料,從而使(shi)物(wu)(wu)料溫度(du)不(bu)斷升高,水分不(bu)斷被蒸發,符合水分要(yao)(yao)求的物(wu)(wu)料從出(chu)(chu)料端(duan)出(chu)(chu)料罩下部出(chu)(chu)口卸料,帶著(zhu)水蒸汽(qi)的氣(qi)體經(jing)除塵(chen)器等(deng)環保設施(shi)處理(li)后達到環保要(yao)(yao)求排(pai)放標的煙氣(qi)由(you)引風(feng)(feng)機抽出(chu)(chu)經(jing)煙囪排(pai)空(kong)。
